Let's Get Wet With Clearly iStamp
Good Morning!! So other then Friday I wasn't able to craft last week. Well I am pretty sure I made up for it this weekend. I was able to make a birthday card, two thank you cards and two cards for challenges!! My daughter wasn't home other then for supper and to sleep so I had alot of time on my hands, which in a way was nice but I missed her like crazy!! The card for today is for a challenge going on over at Clearly iStamp. "Get Wet" use wet images, use wet look techniques or even products that would give a wet look like acetate or a dimensional glaze. I decided to use a wet image and glossy accents (it's kind of hard to see in the picture)
What I Used:
Clear Dollar Stamps: Everyday Jargon Digital Image
Prismacolor Watercolor Pencils
Prismacolor Colorless Blender
Pink By Design: Simply Everything (sentiment)

Memento Ink:: Tuxedo Black
EK Success Corner Rounder
Pop Dots
Gems
Glossy Accents
I printed this digi out twice (both the jar and the lid) I cut out the fish from
the one after I coloured it and then glued it to the other jar. I cut the bow
from the lid out and added it to the other lid using pop dots to give it some
dimension. I am not sure who I am going to give this too, I am wanting to do
a fish themed birthday party for either my daughter or one of the daycare
kids so we will see!!
You can join in this challenge, you have until August 2 (I know this is a little
early for me to be posting, but I am on holiday's starting Friday and have
other cards to post).
Have A Great Day!!
God Bless!!

Beautiful Bows
Good morning!! I thought I would post my card that I made for the 3 Girl JAM Link Up party. They had a blog hop on July 1 to show off their new Bow Maker and asked that we show them our bows!! I own the Crafter's companion which has a bow maker on it so I used it to create my bow (lets just say I wish I had the 3 Girl JAM bow maker instead). I created a 5 loop bow after watching Julie's video several times (I don't think it is that hard but when you are working with pegs that don't want to stay put it gets hard). I also used Sassy Studio Designs digital image Samantha Sassy. I had so much fun the week of the relay and I had printed out an extra image of Samantha so I decided to use her.
What I Used:
3 Girl JAM: Crinkle Ribbon Witch's Brew
Sassy Studio Designs: Samantha Sassy
Prismacolor Water Color Pencils
Prismacolor Colorless Blender
My Pink Stamper : Sweetest Cupcakes
Memento Ink: Tuxedo Black
Gems
1" circle punch
Cuttlebug Embossing Folder: Cupcakes
Sticker (cake)
Ok so Samantha needed a little tweaking to stand up as she is originally leaning. I did the unthinkable...... I cut her in half!!!!!! I know horrible but I glued her back together and gave her a cute little belt to hold her waist together, so all is good!!
You have until the 15th of July to link up your bows to win a $10 GC to 3 Girl JAM plus there bow maker (which is only 5.99 to buy what a steal!!)
Have A Great Weekend!!
I believe if the weather is nice we will be headed to the water agian tomorrow!!
God Bless!

Cardz TV Christmas In July Challenge #1
Good Afternoon!! Boy has it been hot here the last couple weeks and it doesn't look like it is letting up. We have spent most mornings outside in the back yard with the kids in a kiddy pool and some days we do crafts with them. I haven't had much time in my craft room, I think I have made two cards since the relay challenges I did for Sassy Studio Designs!! This morning I saw that Mary over at Cardz TV had a challenge up so I decided to go into my craft room before Sierra woke up and before the two kids got here. The challenge was to create a Christmas card with a hand stamped, digital stamp or a cricut cut image of an animal. I knew the perfect image for this card! I had bought this stamp set from Clear Dollar Stamps about a month ago for $1 and knew the image was perfect for a Christmas card.
What I Used:
Clear Dollar Stamps : Monkey Surprise
Memento Ink: Tuxedo Black
Prismacolor Water Color Pencils
Prismacolor Colorless Blender
Spellbinders Nestabilities: Blossom Four
3 Girl JAM : Crinkle Ribbon, Mistletoe
We R Memory Keepers Corner Chomper: Photo
Self Adhesive Rhinestones
I think I will be making more of these cute cards with this image for Christmas!! Play along with the challenge, you have until Sunday July 8th at Midnight EDT
Have A Great Day!!
God Bless!
