Good Morning!! So after looking at the weather network last night before going to bed, I woke up expecting to see alot of snow (5-10 cm) but to my surprise and relieve the grass is still green!! Hopefully it passes over us and we don't get dumped on today. Ok so I made this card last week for this challenge but i haven't had the chance to post it. I was super busy yesterday cleaning out my craft room. Yes cleaning it out. I got rid of plastic bags, cricut cartridge plastic and card board boxes. I also rearranged my ribbon and some of my shelving. We will see how long it stays clean for LOL!! Ok so onto my card. I followed a sketch from The Sweet Stop here is what it looks like
What I Used:
Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps : January Carnation
My Creative Time: So Grateful For You
Memento Ink: Tuxedo Black
Sizzix Die: Circles 2
Prismacolor Watercolor Pencils
Cuttlebug Folder: Roses
Pop Dots
Ribbon
Tim Holtz Distress Ink: Frayed Burlap
EK Success Corner Rounder
Pearls: Dollarstore
For this card I decided to try a new technique that I have been seeing around blog land. I stamped the image twice on white cardsock and colored both in. I then cut one of the images out and poped it up with pop dots on top of the other image. I love how this turned out.
Have A Great Day!!
God Bless!
