You've Been Framed

Good Morning!! When I saw the new challenge over at Peachy Keen Stamps: Challenge Blog, I knew what I wanted to use.

This is a cork coaster that my parents picked up for me at Value Village. It came in a big bag full of different shaped ones. This was my first time using one of them!! Do you want to see what I turned it into????

..............................................................

This is what I did with it!! I am going to put a magnet on it and put it on my fridge!! Ok normally I would put a list of things I used but this time I thought I would tell you how I made it. I took self adhesive foil and traced the cork onto the back of it. I then cut the foil out and ran it through my cuttlebug (Fleur De Lis). I removed the back and adhered it to the cork. I then took Bakers Twine and hot glued it to make the "FRAME". I made a triple loop bow and glued it to the top. I then took my Spellbinders Shapeabilities: Flower Creations Three and made the heads of the flowers. I used the following Peachy Keen Stamps for the faces: Just Baby Face Assortment for the two smaller flowers and the Basic Paper Doll Faces PK-573 for the bigger flower. I used gel pens to color in the faces. I used some ribbon like stuff (sorry have no idea what it's called) for the stems. Lastly I took the sentiment "Count Your Blessings" from the Peachy Keen Stamp Set: Spring Words and stamped it onto white cardstock and used the Ek Success Corner Rounder. So there you have it my "3D Frame it" project.

I am obviously entering it into the Peachy Keen Challenge Blog : Challenge 21 3D Objects You've Been Framed!!

Have A Great Day!!

God Bless!
