I started with the crackle paint (I bought it for $2 at Michaels) let it dry over night and then added the distress ink. I decided to cut out a shape and was going to use that shape but thought that the negative would be better (the shape is put away for another card). This is a different style of card for me but I thought I would go outside my comfort zone.
I have already started making cards for more challenges that will be posted next week.

Oh Kristan, this card is my favorite of all of yours so far!!!! I love when different mediums are used on a card such as the crackle paint!! I have just brought some recently at Michael's for 50 cents each because they were dried out a little but I find if I add water and mix it just on the top it works amazing!!! I love everything about this card, it rocks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
