To everything there is a season,
A time for every purpose under heaven:
A time for every purpose under heaven:
2 A time to be born,
And a time to die;
A time to plant,
And a time to pluck what is planted;
3 A time to kill,
And a time to heal;
A time to break down,
And a time to build up;
4 A time to weep,
And a time to laugh;
A time to mourn,
And a time to dance;
5 A time to cast away stones,
And a time to gather stones;
A time to embrace,
And a time to refrain from embracing;
6 A time to gain,
And a time to lose;
A time to keep,
And a time to throw away;
7 A time to tear,
And a time to sew;
A time to keep silence,
And a time to speak;
8 A time to love,
And a time to hate;
A time of war,
And a time of peace.
And a time to die;
A time to plant,
And a time to pluck what is planted;
3 A time to kill,
And a time to heal;
A time to break down,
And a time to build up;
4 A time to weep,
And a time to laugh;
A time to mourn,
And a time to dance;
5 A time to cast away stones,
And a time to gather stones;
A time to embrace,
And a time to refrain from embracing;
6 A time to gain,
And a time to lose;
A time to keep,
And a time to throw away;
7 A time to tear,
And a time to sew;
A time to keep silence,
And a time to speak;
8 A time to love,
And a time to hate;
A time of war,
And a time of peace.

Challenge: Time use clocks/watches, calendars, sundials etc. OR black and white only (to represent night and day)
I bought a stamp set from our local Home Sense a few months ago and hadn't used it yet. It has alot of flourishes and clocks on it so I decided it would be perfect for this challenge. I decided to make my own background with the clock and used a masking technique. I had a bunch of 1" circles sitting around that my little cupcake had punched out and they were perfect for masking the clocks so that I could stamp them in different colours.
What I Used:
Heidi Grace Designs: Only Time (clock)
Memento Ink: Rich Cocoa/Cottage Ivy/Rhubarb Stalk
Recollection Stamp Set (Dec.25)
EK Success Corner Rounder
1" Hole Punch
Jillibean Soup: Twine
I really like the look of making your own background and I think I am going to try this again. The challenge is over on Saturday November 3rd at 11:59p.m.
I want to leave you with one last thing.
Yesterday is History, Tomorrow is a Mystery, Today is a Gift. What are you going to do with that Gift?
Have A Great Day!
God Bless!
Kristan
