Simply Sunday:Summer Time Fun Challenge

Kristal over at Getting Cricky With K Andrews had a Simply Sunday Challenge this week doing a project with Summer Time Fun!! This summer I am taking my daughter to Marineland ( two weeks I can't wait). I decided to do an explosion box to look like an aquarium that I will put our pictures in from our trip. It is not fully complete as I am waiting for Kristals Splashtastic Summer Stamp set to arrive. Here is my entry:

Sorry pictures are a little dark!!
Here is what I used:
Fabulous Finds Cartridge: Box 3.7" and welded 4 of them together
Create A Critter Cartridge: Jelly Fish 1"
                                          Whale 1.6"
                                          Octopus 1.5"
                                          Fish 1"
                                          Sea Weed 3"
Stretch Your Imagination Cartridge: Outside panels 3.5" frosted lace stickles on all of them
                                                       Turtle 1.7"
                                                        Shells 2"
Everyday Paper Dolls Cartridge: Girl 3"
                                                   Water(waves) 1" baby blue stickles
Doodle Charms Cartridge: Sea Horse 1.8"

I also used gems from the dollar store for all the animals eyes. The inside of the explosion box I cut
3 1/2" x10 1/2" piece of blue cardstock(Michaels) and scored it at 3 1/2 "and 7". I then used my ATG gun to glue the pieces on to the flaps of the inside of the box. This is where I will add the stamps and the pictures!! I used pop dots on the girl and the waves. For the outside of the box I used a plastic bag cut up to tape around each of the panels to look like the glass of a fish tank.

I will post pictures once the stamps and pictures are added. Thanks
P.S you still have few more hours to enter Kristals Challenge (ends at Midnight tonight)
