Card for Michael

Good Morning! A few weeks ago I post about Naomi from Creative Bug on the Loose who's son has to have surgery on his feet and she is asking that people send him cards as he will be hospitalized for 3 days. To read more about Michael click on the link above!! Here is my card for him, I will get it in the mail soon!

What I Used:
Clear Dollar Stamps: Chuggin' Along
Whimsy Stamps: Love Mini Ticket/Mini Ticket Die
Memento Ink: Tuxedo Black
Prismacolor Watercolor Pencils
Water/Paint Brush
Homemade Stamp-a-ma-jig
Cuttlebug Embossing Folder: Beep Beep
Distress Ink: Faded Jeans
EK Success Corner Rounder
Stickles: Diamond & Black Diamond

This was my first time using just water with the watercolour pencils to blend and I must admit it's not my best colouring job but it is very child like which I think works well for this card being it is going to a little boy! I used a masking technique for the train to get the ball and car in the caboose (am I calling it the right thing?!?!) Well I hope that this card puts a smile on Michael's face!!
