Birthday Card For Little Girl

Good Morning!! Hope you all had a great Thanksgiving Weekend (for those of you that live in the United States). Today is a little girl that I look after birthday, we aren't looking after her today but will see her tomorrow to give her the present and card. Here is what I made:
