6x6 paper folded in half, folded side at top of score board score at every 5th mark, starting at top and leaving 3/4 inch at bottom un- scored |
cut each score line, I decorated mine using K Andrew Design Art Stamps : Winter Wishes |
unfold the paper and form a circle and glue the ends together |
for the centre I formed a tube using white paper and pushed down so that the slits pushed out and glued the paper in place |
I used a battery operated tea light under it to light it up |
Stamp set that I used you can buy it HERE
If you have any questions on how I made this please feel free to ask.
Have A Great Day

This is so cute!! I hope you're feeling better SOON!
ReplyDeleteOh Kristan, I hope you are feeling much, much better. Are you taking Vitamin C? It helps with the colds.
ReplyDeleteI love, love, love this project!! How clever you are to come up with a way to make the lantern without buying the template! I have seen them and thought they looked cool but didn't want to have to purchase the template! Thank you for the instructions to make this...I will definitely be scraplifting :D
